Plaintiffs David and Jilayne Lagestee filed this negligence action against the defendants, various entities responsible for the ownership and management of the Days Inn Hotel on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. Plaintiffs alleged that on February 19, 1991, plaintiff David Lagestee (David) sustained personal injuries on the premises of the Days Inn Hotel and that the negligence of the employees and agents of the defendants...
