This matter comes to us on appeal of a personal injury matter arising from a vehicular accident. Appellant, Department of Transportation and Development ("DOTD"), alleges that several trial court rulings, as well as the trial court's judgment and damage award in favor of Sharon Sevario and Thomas Sevario, appellees, based upon the jury verdict in this case, are erroneous.
