Nazario Mojica, Julio Gerardo Miranda, David Hruza and Jesus Sandoval were charged in a two-count superseding indictment with possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
