A jury convicted former police officer Adolph Bradley ("Bradley") on one count of willfully depriving a person of constitutional rights under color of law in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242. After a sentencing hearing, the district court granted Bradley's motion for a downward departure and sentenced Bradley to three years probation, 300 hours of community service, and restitution.
