In this direct criminal appeal, Defendant-Appellant Arthur Mitchell III seeks (1) reversal of his conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and (2) vacatur of the incarceration portion of his sentence which condemns him to serve 120 months in prison.
