In an effort to collect some drug debts from Julio Concepcion using less-than-gentle tactics, Leandro Pandiello and four other men invaded Concepcion's home, bound up members of his family, helped themselves to $2,000, and held the residents at gunpoint. Leaving Pandiello and two others at the house, the remaining two men forced Concepcion himself to take them to his workplace, where they hoped to find more money. There Concepcion managed...
