(Rooms), a home remodeler, sued appellee Private National Mortgage Association, Inc., d/b/a Pennie Mae (Pennie Mae) for declaratory relief, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry-Houston Chapter, Inc. (NARI) intervened. Rooms and Pennie Mae filed motions for summary judgment; NARI filed a brief in support of Rooms' motion.
