In this case we consider the constitutionality of the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 (CPPA). Defendant Acheson pled guilty to violating the Act; now he challenges his conviction asserting the CPPA is unconstitutionally vague, overbroad, and generally violates the First Amendment.
