CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Sandra Cordero, appeals from her conviction of second degree murder, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. We affirm the conviction and remand.

Defendant was indicted by the Jefferson Parish Grand Jury on July 17, 1997 for the second degree murder of her husband, the victim, Dagoberto Cordero. Defendant was arraigned on July 24, 1997 and pled not guilty. On July 29, 1997, defendant filed a motion for discovery and bill of particulars...
