James E. McClendon, Defendant-Appellant, pled guilty to conspiring to commit Medicaid fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1957 and was sentenced to seventy-eight months' incarceration. McClendon appeals this sentence. Specifically, McClendon argues on appeal that the district court erred in declining to group the fraud and money laundering counts together...
