Before me is a multi-patent infringement dispute between competitors in the automotive wheel cover industry. Defendants McKechnie Vehicle Components USA, Inc. ("McKechnie") and Hayes Wheels International, Inc. ("Hayes") have jointly filed six cross-motions for partial summary judgment, raising numerous issues of literal noninfringement and patent validity.
