KeyCorp is a bank holding company located in Cleveland, Ohio. In an effort to implement a master plan of combining affiliate banks in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, KeyCorp filed three applications with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") on the same day. The first application sought to convert one of its affiliate banks, Society Bank of Michigan, to a national bank and to designate a branch in Bronson, Michigan...
