Plaintiffs appeal from judgment and order entered in a medical malpractice trial. We find no error.

On 1 February 1991, plaintiff Carla Marley (Marley) was admitted to Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina, for a modified radical mastectomy, to be performed by defendant Peter R.
