Plaintiff, Wendy C. Beyer, sought damages from defendants Gregory Scott Todd and Todd's Flying Service, Inc., for injuries she sustained in a multi-vehicle accident. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and defendants appeal, asserting error by the district court concerning the court's: (1) refusal to give a sudden emergency jury instruction; (2) refusal to instruct the jury that plaintiff had the burden of proving the fault...
