Defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment pursuant to CPL 30.30 was properly denied. Defendant's motion papers were insufficient to establish that defendant's right to a speedy trial had been violated, because his moving papers did not contain sworn allegations that the People at any point failed to declare their readiness for trial, but merely concluded that all periods of delay were attributable to the People, without providing any of the requisite dates or relevant...
