In 1996, after allegedly participating in an attack against three individuals at a subway station, then 15-year-old respondent Raymond G. was charged with delinquency for multiple counts of assault in varying degrees, the highest being two counts of assault in the first degree (Penal Law § 120.10 [1], [2]), in a designated felony act petition filed in Family Court (see, Family Ct Act § 311.1 [5]).
