MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Susan Davidson was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and sentenced by the district court2 to 151 months imprisonment. Davidson now appeals from her conviction and sentence and seeks a judgment of acquittal or a new trial and resentencing. We affirm.
