The defendant contends that the County Court erred in denying his suppression motion because the officer who stopped him did not have sufficient information to believe that he had committed a crime. We disagree. Although the defendant claims that the police stop was a "seizure", which must be supported by reasonable suspicion that a suspect has been involved in a crime, "there is no per se rule that a request to have a citizen...
