Gary L. Jones appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, phencyclidine (PCP), cocaine, and cocaine base. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), 846 (1994). We affirm.
