Douglas Hennig appeals an order dismissing his misrepresentation and contract reformation claims against Heartland Development Corporation and its president, Lance Ahearn.1 Hennig claims that during the negotiation of an executive compensation agreement, Ahearn altered a crucial provision of the agreement at the last minute but failed to point out the alteration, as had been the practice with revisions during earlier phases...
