This appeal by CoreStates Bank, N.A. ("CoreStates") requires us to consider the putative claim preclusive effect of the Bankruptcy Judge's denial of CoreStates's objections to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization plan confirmation. Both CoreStates and appellee Huls America, Inc. ("Huls") had extended substantial credit to the debtor, United Chemical Technologies, Inc. ("UCT"), a chemical separation science company...
