Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331 (School District) appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for Teresa Lowder, Carlos Roundy, and Steven Winks (Teachers). The district court ruled that the School District violated the Teachers' statutory and constitutional rights by removing their extra day assignments, and thus reducing their salaries, without notice and a prior hearing.
