This is the second time these parties have been before this Court on appeal. H.R., ("H.R.") by and through his Guardian Ad Litem, and Suzanne Jagoe ("Jagoe") appeal the trial court's order denying the petition to involuntarily terminate the parental rights of David Revlett ("Revlett") to his son, H.R.
