¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment entered in favor of appellee, CoreStates Bank, N.A. ("the Bank"), by the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County on April 6, 1998, in an in personam action brought by the Bank against appellant, Louis J. Cutillo, to collect a debt following appellant's default under the terms of a promissory note.
