Alfred Edwards appeals the trial court's entry of a nunc pro tunc order terminating the marriage between him and his ex-wife, Sandra. Alfred raises two issues which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court's nunc pro tunc entry had the effect of terminating the Edwards' marriage prior to Sandra's death.
