The State appeals an order granting in part and denying in part Thomas Taylor's motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Mr. Taylor cross-appeals the same order. Mr. Taylor alleges that he involuntarily entered into his plea because of three instances of ineffective assistance of counsel.
