¶ 1 This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for writ of certiorari filed with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant was convicted of knowing and intentional possession of cocaine, and contends on appeal that the trial court erred in failing to suppress the cocaine seized when police unconstitutionally detained him without probable cause or reasonable suspicion.
