In this legal malpractice case, the appellant, Andrea Guillot, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of the appellee, John Smith. The sole issue in this case is whether the statute of limitations on a legal malpractice action is tolled during the period following the act of malpractice if the attorney continues to represent his or her client in a bankruptcy proceeding.
