SULLIVAN, Justice.

Defendant Larry Porter robbed and shot to death a man who was playing basketball in a public park. At the same time, another man robbed at gunpoint two other players. A jury found Defendant guilty of the murder of the first victim and also of conspiracy to commit robbery and of a being an accomplice in the robbery of the other two victims.
