OPINION

BRYNER, Justice.

Shortly after Kyong Taek Song (Mr. Song) and Hyun Joo Song (Ms. Song) obtained a decree of dissolution, Mr. Song moved to enforce the stipulated property settlement incorporated in the decree. Ms. Song, alleging fraud, responded by moving for relief under Alaska Civil Rule 60(b). After a brief hearing, the court granted Ms. Song's motion for Rule 60(b) relief and issued an amended divorce decree modifying the original property...
