This is an appeal by L.K.G. ("Mother") from a judgment modifying an earlier child custody order. Mother charges that the trial court erred in awarding primary physical custody of her daughter to M.H. ("Father"). Mother also argues that reversal is mandated because the practical effect of the trial court's judgment is to place custody of the child with the paternal great-grandmother without satisfying the requirements for such a custody...
