Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo (CMHIP) appeals the district court's order awarding damages of $23,000 to Lillian Rubidoux and $19,000 to Dana Wisthoff on their claims of discrimination based on quid pro quo and a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII. Our analysis leads to the conclusion this appeal is controlled by Burlington Industries, Inc. v. Ellerth, 524 U.S. 742...
