On February 9, 1998, William M. Onheiber entered into a plea agreement under which he agreed to plead guilty to attempting to possess with intent to distribute six kilograms of cocaine powder, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On May 12, 1998, Onheiber was sentenced to a term of 70 months' imprisonment for this offense.
