Vera L. Nunes ("Nunes") appeals the district court's summary judgment in favor of Wal-Mart Stores ("Wal-Mart") in her action under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. ("ADA"). Nunes contends the district court erred in concluding that she was not a "qualified individual with a disability" under the ADA.
