This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO) in a negligence suit brought by Mur Lee Grant for personal injuries and property damage. In three points of error, Grant contends (1) the trial court erred in finding no evidence of negligence, (2) the trial court erred in failing to allow Grant to proceed to trial based upon a genuine issue of material fact and allegations...
