Defendant-appellant Cashland, Inc. appeals from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Shelly Smith, who sued Cashland for quid pro quo sexual harassment pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e—2000e-17.1 We exercise jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and REVERSE.
