Plaintiff Cletis Miller, on behalf of himself and the estate of his deceased wife, Ann T. Miller, appeals from a summary judgment dismissing his pro se complaint against the estate of Walter Sperling that alleged that Sperling, Ann Miller's doctor since the 1970's, participated in a conspiracy with his wife's then family2 to put his wife on birth control pills.
