On appeal from a judgment purportedly affirming an Alabama judgment filed in Minnesota under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, appellant Marianne Luban argues that the referee erred by refusing to vacate the Alabama judgment and by considering respondent's requests for amended findings, reconsideration, and to set aside under Minn.
