HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Vernon Spencer received a favorable jury verdict on the age discrimination claim he brought against Stuart Hall Company, Inc., and Newell Company (collectively Stuart Hall) after he was terminated during a reduction in force (RIF). Stuart Hall appeals from the district court's1 denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law (JAML). We affirm.
