Pospisil, Jr. (Barney) were convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 241 of conspiring to violate civil rights as a result of their involvement in a cross burning in Rushville, Missouri. Dennis was also convicted of interfering with housing rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 3631 and of using a firearm during a crime of violence...
