¶ 1. Jimmy Ratliff was convicted of the sale and transfer of marijuana within fifteen hundred feet of a church. He was sentenced to serve a term of six years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, three years to run concurrently with a sentence he was serving on a previous conviction and three years to run consecutively to the sentence given him in this case.
