¶ 1. Kenyatta Henton was tried and convicted of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to serve fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections on the aggravated assault charge and three years on the possession charge, the sentences to run consecutively.
