This is an appeal from the district court's2 order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee, The Travelers Indemnity Company of America ("Travelers"), and against Appellant, Callas Enterprises, Inc. ("Callas"). Callas brought this action for declaratory relief with regard to Travelers' duty to defend and/or indemnify it in a lawsuit brought against it by Sbemco, Inc. ("Sbemco").3
