Karen Savino worked under the supervision of William Popper as a part-time clerk for the C.P. Hall Company. In this suit, she alleges that Popper sexually harassed her and that he and C.P. Hall retaliated against her for complaining about the harassment. The district court granted summary judgment for C.P.
