¶ 1 This appeal arises out of the denial of a permanent injunction against a company's former employee from misappropriating trade secrets. We agree with Enterprise Leasing Company of Phoenix ("Enterprise") that the trial court erred in finding that the Enterprise financial records and other documents at issue were no longer trade secrets, if they had been, and, thus, that they are not entitled to protection from disclosure by...
