This is an appeal from the conviction and sentencing of appellant Johnnie James Williams (Williams) for one count of illegal storage of hazardous waste and one count of illegal disposal of hazardous waste, both in violation of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. § 6928(d)(2)(A).
