SHUBB, District Judge:

Johntai Edward Jackson appeals his sentence, which imposed as a condition of supervised release that he submit to drug testing upon release from prison and at least twice thereafter. Because we find that the court properly applied the 1997 United States Sentencing Guidelines in effect at the time of Jackson's sentencing, which require drug testing as a mandatory condition of supervised release, we conclude that the court did not abuse its discretion...
