This appeal involves a dispute over property lines. Plaintiffs, Richard Gvillo and Ellen Gvillo, filed a complaint against Thomas DeClue and the Stutz defendants seeking injunctive relief and compensation for property damage. Thomas DeClue filed a separate suit asking the court to appoint a commission of surveyors, pursuant to the Permanent Survey Act (765 ILCS 215/0.01 et seq. (West 1994)), to resolve the boundary...
