Appellant pled guilty to DUI manslaughter and was sentenced to twelve years incarceration to be followed by three years probation. He challenges his sentence on the grounds that the trial court failed to reduce to writing its decision to impose adult sanctions, and that he was sentenced by a judge other than the one who accepted his guilty plea.
