Before the Court is the Debtors' Motion to Avoid a Judicial Lien (the "Motion") held by Ralph and Tina Valenteen that allegedly impairs the exemption on the Debtors' residential real estate. Not unexpectedly the focus of this contested matter is the value of the Debtors' residence. As explained more fully below, I conclude that there is no equity in the residence...
